These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nyaya Record Desk website at www.nrdesk.in and associated platform services operated by Nyaya Record Desk Pvt Ltd ("NRD", "we").

1. Acceptance of terms

NRD provides insurer-side claims infrastructure for motor third-party and MACT bodily-injury claims in India, including document retrieval, evidence structuring, quality control, gap analysis, panel advocate management and FMF compliance tooling. 3. Eligibility

6. Intellectual property

All software, algorithms, designs, documentation and trademarks on this platform are the property of Nyaya Record Desk Pvt Ltd. [LEGAL: Counsel to add licensing terms, permitted use of outputs, and restrictions on reproduction.]

7. Data and confidentiality

Claim data uploaded to or processed by NRD is treated as confidential. Insurer data is not shared with other insurers or with lawyers except through official, logged disclosure events. [LEGAL: Counsel to add full data confidentiality, ownership and return/deletion provisions.]

8. Limitation of liability

9. Governing law and dispute resolution
